Give yourself the gift of self care this spring, and notice how your body can benefit from an in depth reflexology session, that will target the entire body and aid in overall homeostasis.
You will receive feet & hand reflexology treatment, vibrational acutherapy using tuning forks, and a soothing hot towel treatment all tailored to your specific concerns!

Gentle Yoga &
Group Sound Healing Sessions
Join us for our reoccurring donation based gentle yoga and group sound healing sessions. Allow the gentle movement of somatic yoga with Forrest Bertosa, to warm and open the joints, encouraging any tension we are holding to melt away.
This will be a perfect way to prepare our bodies to receive the healing sound bath that Amy Butler will be facilitating.
Experience the sounds & vibrations of: Tibetan 5 metals handmade singing bowls ranging the 7+ chakra frequencies, Koshi Chimes, Crystal bowls, Drumming, Rain sounds, & more
This full body vibrational sound healing bath will help to balance our chakra system, aiding in a calmer nervous system and overall feelings of peace.

We will be on break for the month of May so be sure to come to our April date! Monthly Sessions will resume in June and be held Tuesday evenings, the third Tuesday of every month.
