Sarah-Jane recently completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and is excited to share everything she's learned. Please join her for a grounding fall flow in our backyard.
You will move, breathe, and find stillness amongst the change. You are also welcome to stay after class for donuts and cider!
*Dress for the weather and bring your own mat (we have some extras just in case).
